Café Field, Puckeridge
Proposal for a new Better Than Net Zero neighbourhood
Greencore Homes is preparing detailed proposals for a new neighbourhood at Café Field in Puckeridge. The site benefits from outline planning permission for up to 91 homes and we are now working with the community as the plans evolve.
Our Vision
Our ambition for Café Field is to create a landscape led neighbourhood that delivers Better Than Net Zero homes while enhancing the natural environment and creating long term community value.
We plan to deliver:

40% affordable housing, providing a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership homes for local people
A new Local Equipped Area for Play (LEAP)
A Local Area for Play (LAP)
A new country park accessible to the wider community
Enhanced green infrastructure and biodiversity
